Vinified in Rabastens , in the heart of Occitanie, "1501" reveals the unique terroir of the gravelly and limestone shores of the Tarn and inherits a know how shaped and continually improved by Welsh Winegrowers since more than 1000 years old.
I ssue of historic and unique grape varieties such as Far from the Eye or Mauzac, our cuvée reveals notes of white-fleshed fruits. Its pearl enhances its perfumes and its fine bubbles bring smoothness to the palate.
To maintain this natural balance from one glass to another, we have chosen to condition our wine in barrels intended for a service by the press.
Tasty and refreshing as it is or greedy in a cocktail, "1501" can be enjoyed at multiple times of consumption.
1501 promotes the consumption of bubbles in cocktails which offers a wide range of tasting suggestions. It is associated with a moment of pause and is appreciated at different moments.
